Privacy Policy

Reclaim Coaching LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates reclaimsobriety.com and the Reclaim Sobriety Coach SMS service. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built this business for people in recovery, and we treat your privacy as part of your safety.
What we collect
When you buy the Digital Bundle: your email address, used to deliver your PDF, watermark your copy, and let you re-download it.
When you request a free download: your email address, the page or campaign source, and whether you already purchased, used to deliver the resource and avoid sending buyer sales emails.
When you subscribe to the SMS Coach: your mobile phone number, first name, time zone, preferred message times, sobriety date if you choose to provide it, and information you choose to share in coaching conversations, such as upcoming events or situations you want support with.
Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Website analytics: our site uses advertising and analytics tags, such as Google, that use cookies to measure how visitors find and use the site. These measure page visits and purchases; they do not receive your coaching conversations or phone number.
How we use it
We use your information only to deliver the products and services you bought: sending your book, running your coaching text schedule, responding to your messages, processing payments, and providing support.
Coaching conversation content is used to personalize your coaching, for example remembering what has worked for you, and for nothing else.
What we never do
No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number, SMS consent, and text message content are never sold, rented, traded, or shared for marketing by anyone, including us.
We never sell any of your personal information. We never use your coaching conversations for advertising. We never build advertising audiences from your use of this site or service.
Who we share it with
Only service providers necessary to operate the service, bound to use your data solely to provide it to us: Twilio for message delivery, Stripe for payments, our AI processing provider for generating coaching replies, and our website hosting provider.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
Coaching message content is retained no longer than 90 days, after which message bodies are deleted. We keep only your subscription profile, including name, number, schedule, and coaching memory notes you would expect your coach to remember.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may ask us to delete your profile entirely at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to end messages immediately.
- Email us at kenpcox@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
- Depending on your state, including California and Washington, you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict use of your data, including consumer health data. We honor such requests from any user regardless of state.
Not medical care; minors
This service provides educational coaching content only. It is not medical care, therapy, detox, or crisis support.

Our products and services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
