Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of reclaimsobriety.com, the Reclaim Sobriety Digital Bundle, and the Reclaim Sobriety Coach SMS program, operated by Reclaim Coaching LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we," "us"). By purchasing or subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. SMS Program Terms (Reclaim Sobriety Coach)

Program name: Reclaim Sobriety Coach

Program description: A paid subscription that sends recurring coaching and motivational text messages on a schedule you choose, and lets you reply to have two-way coaching conversations and request on-demand support.

• Consent: You opt in by purchasing the subscription and checking the consent box at signup. Because the messages are the service itself, consent to receive them is a condition of this subscription. You can end both at any time.
• Message frequency varies based on the schedule you choose, typically 1-3 scheduled messages per day, plus replies to conversations you initiate.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel messages immediately. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact kenpcox@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing.

2. Not medical care - important

Our book, GPT Coach, and SMS Coach provide educational and motivational coaching content only. They are not, and do not replace, medical care, detox, addiction treatment, therapy, medication, or crisis services.

We are not licensed medical or mental-health providers, and we are not your psychiatrist or therapist. Your communications with the coach are not medical records and are not legally privileged or protected the way communications with a doctor, therapist, or lawyer are. We protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy, but no doctor-patient or therapist-client confidentiality applies, and records could be subject to lawful legal process like any business record.

Do not use this service as your sole support for a medical condition, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something our materials or coach said.

3. Purchases, billing, and refunds

The Digital Bundle is a one-time purchase delivered instantly by email.

The SMS Coach is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe until cancelled. Cancel any time by replying STOP or emailing us, effective at the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails we may pause the service after a grace period.

Digital products: if delivery fails we will re-deliver or refund; otherwise purchases of instantly delivered digital goods are final except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it, or resell access. The service is for your personal use. You must be 18 or older.

5. Intellectual property

The book, PDF, coaching content, DEADS method materials, and site content are owned by Reclaim Coaching LLC.

Your PDF is watermarked and licensed for your personal use only. Sharing or reselling it is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coaching outcomes vary and no result, including continued sobriety, is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclaim Coaching LLC's total liability arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Disputes and arbitration

These terms are governed by Missouri law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive participation in class actions, except you may bring a claim in small-claims court or opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after changes is acceptance.
